Refund Policy

Payment Charged But No Content Delivered

If your payment was processed but you did not receive access to your insight card, you are entitled to a full refund. This can happen due to network issues, browser problems, or payment processing delays.

Content is Corrupted or Unreadable

If the generated content is significantly corrupted, blank, or unreadable, we will either regenerate your content or issue a full refund.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same session, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately.

Not Eligible for Refund

If your content was successfully generated and delivered, but you did not download it before the 48-hour expiration, this is not eligible for a refund. The download page clearly displays a countdown timer — please ensure you download your content within this window.

How to Request a Refund

When contacting us, please include:

  1. Payment confirmation — the receipt or confirmation email from your payment
  2. Description of the issue — what happened and what you expected
  3. Screenshot (if applicable) — any error messages you saw

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

Data & Privacy

Your data is automatically deleted. All dream content, conversation history, and generated images are permanently removed from our servers within 48 hours.

We never share, sell, or use your personal content for any purpose beyond generating your insight card.

Common Questions

I paid but got an error page. What do I do?

Try refreshing the page or navigating back to your dream page. If the issue persists, email us with your payment confirmation and we'll resolve it immediately — either by restoring access or issuing a refund.

My content expired before I could download it. Can I get it back?

Unfortunately, once content expires (48 hours after creation), it is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This is by design to protect your privacy. The download page displays a clear countdown timer to remind you. If the content was successfully generated and you simply did not download in time, this is not eligible for a refund. However, if a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the download page, please contact us.

Is my dream content kept or shared?

No. Your content is processed by AI in real-time and stored temporarily (maximum 48 hours) only to allow you to download it. We never share, sell, or use your content for training, marketing, or any other purpose.
