1. Service Description

DreamVis is an AI-powered creative entertainment service that generates personalized insight cards based on user-provided dream descriptions. The service uses artificial intelligence to create visual artwork and written reflections as a form of creative self-exploration.

2. Entertainment Disclaimer

DreamVis is for entertainment and creative self-reflection purposes only. The AI-generated content does not constitute professional psychological, medical, therapeutic, or counseling advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. The insights provided are AI-generated creative interpretations and should not be relied upon for making life decisions.

3. Purchases & Digital Delivery

• Each purchase unlocks the full insight card for a single dream session.
• The digital product is delivered immediately upon successful payment.
• Content is available for download for 48 hours after generation.
• After 48 hours, all content is permanently deleted from our servers.
• You are responsible for downloading your content within the 48-hour window.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your experience:

• Non-Delivery: If you were charged but did not receive your content (due to a technical error), you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical Issues: If the generated content is significantly corrupted or unreadable, we will issue a refund or regenerate your content.
• How to Request: Email xshu1988@outlook.com with your payment confirmation and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable: If your content was successfully generated and delivered but you did not download it within the 48-hour window, this is not eligible for a refund. You are reminded of the expiration time on the download page and it is your responsibility to download before expiry.

Due to the nature of AI-generated digital content, refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with the content quality are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Usage Limits

Free usage is limited to 3 sessions per 24-hour period per user. This limit helps us maintain service quality and prevent abuse. Paid content has no additional usage restrictions beyond the 48-hour availability window.

6. Intellectual Property

Once purchased, you own the rights to your generated insight card for personal use. You may share, print, or post your card on social media. You may not resell the generated content or use it for commercial purposes.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Resell or commercially redistribute generated content
